On August 27, 2016, under a bright and refreshing autumn sky, GTC Residence organized the Water Great Wall Tour for residential guests. To enrich residents’ leisure life and help them escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life, we led guests to Huanghuacheng Water Great Wall to embrace nature and experience the unique charm of Chinese landscape culture.

当日天气晴好、秋高气爽，公寓住客结伴前往黄花城水长城景区。不同于市区的繁华拥挤，景区山水相依、古长城蜿蜒盘踞，青砖古垣浸润在青山绿水之间，景致清幽雅致。大家漫步山间步道，徒步于长城水岸之畔，肆意呼吸郊野清新纯净的空气，告别都市的浮躁与疲惫，全身心沉醉于自然美景之中。亲友相伴、笑语随行，悠然惬意的氛围萦绕全程，每位住客的脸上都洋溢着轻松愉悦的笑容。

Away from the noisy city, residents hiked along the ancient Great Wall and riverside paths, immersing themselves in the pristine natural scenery. Breathing the fresh rural air and traveling with family and friends allowed all guests to relax completely. Smiles lingered on everyone’s face throughout the journey, filled with comfort and joy.

为让住客深度体验本土人文风情，公寓特意甄选了一处极具烟火气息与文化韵味的特色农家菜馆。山间地道的农家佳肴色香味俱全，食材天然、风味纯正，完美诠释了山野风味。用餐之余，现场陈列的诗歌、书法、国画等经典中国传统艺术作品，让在场的中外住客近距离感受中华传统文化的博大精深。雅致的艺术氛围、深厚的文化底蕴，让大家对中国传统文化产生了浓厚的兴趣，纷纷驻足欣赏、细细品味。

GTC Residence specially reserved a distinctive farmhouse restaurant with profound traditional cultural charm for residents. While tasting authentic local delicacies, guests appreciated classic Chinese arts including poetry, calligraphy and traditional Chinese paintings. The immersive cultural experience enabled foreign and domestic residents to deepen their understanding and love for traditional Chinese culture.

鲜香地道的中式美食让外籍住客倍感新奇，大家纷纷拿起筷子，沉浸式体验中式用餐方式，踊跃品尝特色佳肴，在烟火美食中感受中国饮食文化的独特魅力，现场氛围轻松热烈、趣味十足。

Fascinated by the colorful and fragrant Chinese delicacies, foreign residents could not wait to use chopsticks to taste the local food and experience the unique charm of Chinese catering culture.

夕阳西下，秋日的山水景致更显温婉静谧，愉快的旅途也渐近尾声。返程途中，大家搭乘游船缓缓穿行于湖面之上，晚风拂面、水波粼粼，所有人围坐在一起，畅谈当日的游玩见闻与收获感悟。一路欢声笑语、其乐融融，即便旅途奔波，大家依旧兴致盎然、意犹未尽，全然不觉疲惫。

As dusk fell, the pleasant tour drew to a close. Residents returned by boat, chatting and sharing their wonderful experiences of the day. Everyone was in high spirits and felt fulfilled, with no trace of tiredness after the delightful journey.

The 2016 Water Great Wall Tour concluded successfully with the active participation of all residents.
