The beautiful June arrives as scheduled. With the coming of International Children’s Day and the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival, we jointly launched a wonderful DIY Cooking Class with Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng Hotel. Gathering all guests of GTC Residence, we spent a joyful and unforgettable weekend with delicious food and endless fun.

童年的快乐，藏在甜甜的甜点里！六一专属仪式感，从亲手制作纸杯蛋糕开始。小朋友们化身小小甜品师，认真摆弄食材、精心装点造型，软糯香甜的蛋糕，承载着纯粹的童真与烂漫，每一份亲手制作的甜蜜，都是独属于节日的美好馈赠。在专属自己的节日里，肆意尝甜、自在欢喜，今日糖分自由，童趣满分！

Happiness of childhood lies in sweet desserts. On this special festival, every kid became a little pastry chef to make and decorate cupcakes by themselves. Every delicate dessert carries pure childlike innocence. Everyone can enjoy sweet candies and desserts freely today, bathing in the joy of Children’s Day.

解锁完甜蜜甜品，趣味美食之旅继续上线！本次活动特别联动酒店班妮意大利餐厅，带着大家解锁招牌美食披萨的制作奥秘。在专业厨师长的悉心指导下，大小朋友默契配合，铺饼底、涂酱料、铺食材、撒芝士，一步步认真操作，沉浸式体验西式美食的制作乐趣，亲手打造专属创意披萨。

Pizza is a signature delicacy of Bene Restaurant. Under the professional guidance of our chef, all participants learned to make pizza from scratch. From kneading dough and spreading sauce to topping ingredients, everyone experienced the fun of handmade Italian food and created their own exclusive pizza works.

恰逢端午将至，自然少不了传统美食的加持。软糯鲜香的粽子，是刻在国人骨子里的端午味道。大家亲手包制粽子，折粽叶、装糯米、放馅料、系棉线，一气呵成的动作，满满的都是传统韵味。亲手制作的端午美味，不仅解锁了非遗传统乐趣，更让孩子们在实践中感受传统节日的独特魅力。

As the traditional food of the Dragon Boat Festival, rice dumplings are indispensable in the festival. It is a special and interesting experience for everyone to make traditional rice dumplings by hand, feeling the unique charm of traditional festivals in the process of hands-on production.

烟火藏温柔，亲手皆治愈。当香甜的蛋糕、酥脆的披萨、软糯的粽子逐一出炉，大家细细品尝着自己亲手制作的美食，舌尖萦绕着鲜香与甜蜜，心中满是成就感与满足感。简单的食材，在双手的创造下，变成了专属六一与端午的双重美好。

Tasting the delicious food made by ourselves is an incredible and fulfilling experience. Every bite of the handmade food is full of happiness and sense of achievement, recording the most beautiful moments of the festival.
